RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Welcome to MariBaDesign.

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or other resolutions may be provided for purchases made through MariBaDesign.

By purchasing any product from MariBaDesign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

MariBaDesign sells digital products only.

No physical items are shipped.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally considered final.

2. NO RETURNS

Digital products cannot be physically returned.

Once a product has been delivered or made available for download, it is considered received.

For this reason, MariBaDesign does not accept returns of digital products.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  • the purchased file is permanently corrupted and cannot be replaced;

  • the wrong product was delivered due to an error by MariBaDesign;

  • duplicate purchases of the same product were made accidentally;

  • a technical issue caused the customer to be charged without receiving access to the purchased files;

  • where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Each request is reviewed individually.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued because:

  • you changed your mind;

  • you purchased the wrong product;

  • you no longer need the product;

  • you expected features that were not described on the product page;

  • you failed to read the product description;

  • you do not have compatible software;

  • you purchased by mistake;

  • you found the product elsewhere;

  • you no longer wish to complete your project;

  • you dislike the style after downloading;

  • you cannot use the product due to lack of knowledge or experience.

5. DOWNLOADING FILES

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing purchased files.

If you experience download difficulties due to technical issues, please contact MariBaDesign.

Whenever reasonably possible, replacement download links will be provided.

6. FILE REPLACEMENTS

If a purchased file is damaged, incomplete, or corrupted, MariBaDesign will provide a replacement copy whenever possible.

Replacement files will be supplied at no additional cost.

7. DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact MariBaDesign as soon as possible.

Verified duplicate purchases may be refunded or credited at MariBaDesign's discretion.

8. FAILED PAYMENTS

If payment is completed but the digital files are not delivered due to a technical problem, MariBaDesign will make reasonable efforts to restore access.

If access cannot be restored within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued.

9. CHARGEBACKS

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact MariBaDesign.

Many issues can be resolved quickly without involving payment providers.

Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in:

  • permanent account suspension;

  • refusal of future purchases;

  • termination of licenses granted under the Terms of Service;

  • legal action where appropriate.

10. REFUND PROCESS

If your refund request qualifies under this policy:

  1. Contact MariBaDesign using the support email.

  2. Include your order number.

  3. Describe the issue.

  4. Attach screenshots if applicable.

Eligible refund requests are normally reviewed within a reasonable period.

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
